This course is good for any vehicle that grosses more than 26,001 pounds. If you get caught overweight at a weigh station, the authorities will shut you down and make a CDL driver come out to drive you out of the weigh station. You most assuredly would also get a ticket for being overweight. Example: if your vehicle is plated for under 26,000 pounds and you came in there at 30,000 pounds, they could fine you one dollar for every pound you are overweight, equaling $4,000. You really don't want that kind of problem, and you can't drive a vehicle over 26,000 pounds if you don't have a CDL.
Take the full course; we will help you get your learner's permit, give you your theory class online, train you in maneuvers, train you on your pre-trip, brake test, and your on-road driving. We offer training in both automatic and manual transmissions. This course will include up to three tests using our equipment.
